When you access our website we process your personal data as follows:

1. Collection and storage of your personal data, as well as type and purpose of its use
When accessing our website www.asw24.de through the browser used on your end device, information is automatically sent to our website server. This information is stored temporarily in a so-called log file. In this process the following information is collected without any action on your part and it is stored until the automated deletion:

• IP address of the requesting computer
• Date and time of the access
• Name and URL of the accessed file
• Website from which the access occurs (referrer URL),
• Browser used and possibly your computer's operating system, as well as the name of your access provider.

The data cited above is processed by us for the following purposes:
• Ensuring a smooth connection establishment to the website
• Ensuring a convenient use of our website
• Evaluation of system security and system stability, as well as
• For other administrative purposes

The legal basis for the data processing is art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes of the data collection cited above. We do not, under any circumstances, use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.

2. Cookies

We use cookies on our website. Cookies are small files that your browser automatically creates and stores on your end device (laptop, tablet, smart phone, etc.) when you use our website. Cookies do not harm your end device; they do not contain any viruses, Trojans or other malware.

Information is stored in the cookie, which in each case arises in conjunction with the specific end device used. 

However this does not mean that we obtain direct knowledge of your identity through the information stored in the cookie. On one hand cookies make the use of our offering more pleasant for you. Thus we use so-called session cookies to recognize that you have already visited specific pages of our website. These session cookies are deleted automatically after you exit our website.

Moreover, we also use temporary cookies to optimize the user-friendliness of our website; these temporary cookies are stored on your end device for a specified period of time. We do not use any analysis tools in addition to the cookies cited under 2. 

4. Social media plugins
On our website we do not use any social media plugins of the social networks Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

5. Use of our contact form

For questions of any type we offer the possibility of contacting us via a form provided on the website. In this regard specification of a valid email address is required, so that we know who made the inquiry and so that we can respond to the inquiry. Other information can be provided on a voluntary basis.

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us occurs in accordance with art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a of the GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily provided consent.

The personal data that we collect for use of the contact form will be deleted automatically after we have dealt with the inquiry you have placed.

 

II. Contacting outside of our website, i.e. via telephone, email or some other method

As part of the contact that exists with you, whether via telephone, email at our facility or in some other manner, the situation necessarily arises that you communicate so-called personal data to us, in particular your name, your address, as well as your contact data (telephone, fax, email). Below you will learn how we process this data.

 

We process the personal data cited above (your name, your address, as well as other contact data (telephone, fax, email)) for purposes of contract fulfillment and the advertising of our products to you. In particular for

 the transacting of your order or inquiry
 our own analyses and statistical purposes
 optimisation of our service offering

 

The legal basis for the processing for transacting an order or inquiry is art. 6 para. 1 lit. b of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The processing for purposes of advertising our products is due to our own legitimate interests in the advertising of our products is justified in accordance with art. 6 para. 1 lit f of the GDPR. This also applies to the processing for our own analyses and statistical purposes, as well as for optimisation of our service offering.

 

III. Additional information

1. Forwarding to third parties – categories of recipients 

a) Transmission of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than the purposes listed below does not take place. We only forward your data to third parties, if at least one of the following prerequisites is fulfilled:

 you, in accordance with art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a of the GDPR have given us express permission to do so, 
 this is legally permitted, and in accordance with art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. B of the GDPR, this is necessary for the carrying out of contractual relationships with you.
 the forwarding in accordance with art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f of the GDPR is required for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, and that there is no reason to believe that you have an overriding interest in the non-disclosure of your data,
 a statutory obligation exists for disclosure in accordance with art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c of the GDPR.

 

b) You data will be forwarded to the following categories of recipients:

The categories of recipients differ depending on the type of processing activity.
On our website, there is a distinction between the following categories of recipients of personal data:

Banks (payment transactions)
Tax consultants (accounting)
Courts, administrative authorities, other government agencies, insurance companies (e.g. liability insurance)
Providers and other service providers that are used for sales and/or transport, as well as cooperation partners (e.g. our (trade) representatives).

c) We do not forward personal data to a foreign country.

 

2. The rights of those affected

You have the right:

 In accordance with art. 15 of the GDPR to demand information from us concerning your personal data that is processed by us. In particular, you can demand information concerning the purposes of the processing, the category of the personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned duration of storage, the existence of a right of correction, deletion, restriction of, or objection to the processing, the existence of a right of appeal, the origin of your data, if it was not collected by us, and concerning the existence of an automated decision-making procedure, including profiling and if necessary you can demand meaningful information concerning the details thereof;

 In accordance with art. 16 of the GDPR you have the right to demand the immediate correction or completion of your personal data stored by our company;

 In accordance with art. 17 of the GDPR you have the right to demand deletion of your personal data stored by us, if the processing is not required for the exercise of the right of free expression of opinion and information, for fulfillment of a legal obligation or for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims;

 In accordance with art. 18 of the GDPR you have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data if the correctness of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, you however refuse its deletion and we no longer need the data, you however need the information for establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, or if in accordance with art. 21 of the GDPR you have lodged an objection to the processing;

 In accordance with art. 20 of the GDPR you have the right to demand that you receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, prevalent and machine-readable format or transmission of said personal data to a different responsible party;

 In accordance with art. 7 para. 3 of the GDPR you have the right to revoke at any time the consent that you have granted to us. This has as its consequence that we are no longer allowed for the future to continue with the data processing on which this consent was based and

 In accordance with art. 77 of the GDPR you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory government agency. As a rule, for this purpose you can contact the responsible supervisory government agency for your usual place of residence or workplace, the location of your holiday apartment or the responsible supervisory government agency for our headquarters.

 

3. Right of objection

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f of the GDPR, you have the right as set forth in art. 21 of the GDPR to object to the processing of your personal data that arises from your particular situation or that is directed to the objection against direct advertising. In the latter case you have a general right of objection, which will be implemented by us without specification of a particular situation.

4. Duration of storage

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for purpose for which it is collected. 

If you submit an inquiry that does result in an order, your data will be deleted after 15 monthsat the latest. In all other cases your data will be stored in accordance with statutory retention obligations and after these obligations expire it will be deleted without delay.

 

5. Data security

Within the website visit we use the popular SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure in conjunction with the highest level of encryption that is supported by your browser. As rule this is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support a 256-bit encryption, then instead we fall-back on 128-bit v3 technology. You can tell whether a specific page of our web presence is transmitted with encryption by the depiction of a closed key symbol or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.


In all other aspects we use suitable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against random or willful manipulation, partial or total loss, destruction or from unauthorized third-party access. Our security measures are subject to continuous improvement in accordance with technological development.
